Once you've approved your film and chosen your cover, we take around 4 weeks to prepare your book, pair it with your footage and gently test it before it leaves us. If you need it in time for something special, an anniversary, a birthday, just let us know and we'll do everything we can to help.
Any digital video file you send us, MP4, MOV, AVI and most common formats are all welcome. If your film is still on an old tape (VHS, MiniDV, Video8), we can gently convert it first through our Vintage to Video service, then bind the digital copy straight into your book.
Absolutely. There's room for up to two hours of footage inside. Many families include the full ceremony plus a highlight reel, or split the runtime across several chapters. We'll sit with you and help arrange the menu so it feels natural to move through.
The rechargeable battery is good for hundreds of openings between charges, plenty for years of quiet family viewings. A USB-C charger is included, and if you'd prefer to keep it plugged in on display, that's absolutely fine too.

Of course. Duplicate books are a much loved gift for parents and grandparents. Because your film is already prepared, additional copies are quicker and kinder on the budget than the first, just ask about family bundle pricing when you enquire.
Yes, we send books Australia wide with tracked, insured courier, wrapped carefully for the journey. International shipping is available on request; please allow a little extra time for customs.
Yes, and you don't need to have filmed with us to bring one to us. Send us your existing file (or the original tapes for gentle conversion) and we'll bind it into your very own Video Book, same care, same finish.
